The yearly run to the Playa (dry lake bed) gives us the chance to see if any of our engine or carb/distributor changes are gonna work. This was in June and prepares us for the Annual Thing Rallye in July.
This years rallye will have 10 Things leaving Boise on Saturday July 14th. This is also the 20th annual Thing Rallye and we have some special shirts made to commemorate. We will be meeting the west coast contingent at Missoula, Montana. From there we head through Glacier National Park to Pincher Creek, Alberta Canada where we will be staying for 4 days doing back-country trips. We will be heading back to Boise through Cranbrook BC and our last night on the road will be at Moscow, Idaho. A 9 day run putting around 2000 miles on these 40 year old antiques.
