FYI here.
Using the new after-market adjusters will not let you use a new drum and and new shoes. In the pic the new adjuster is on the right. You can see the slotted ramp for the end of the brake shoe to fit in is too thick. It will however let you use used drums. To use new drums with these adjusters will require the drums to be arced at a machine shop. We just cleaned up and reused the old stock adjusters. End of problem.
